Creating a Safe, Respectful, and Protective Environment for Every Child

At NobelHouse College, child protection is at the heart of everything we do. We are committed to safeguarding the physical, emotional, and psychological wellbeing of every student in our care. Our policies and practices align with international best standards, including EU Child Safeguarding Frameworks and the Cambridge International Child Protection Guidelines.

Our Commitment

We ensure that all members of our community—students, staff, parents, and visitors—understand their role in keeping children safe. This includes creating a school culture where students feel heard, respected, and protected.

Key Principles

  • Zero Tolerance for Abuse or Neglect
  • Prevention through Awareness, Training, and Vigilance
  • Clear Reporting Procedures and Confidentiality
  • Immediate Action in the Best Interest of the Child
  • Regular Policy Review and Staff Training

Staff Training & Vetting

All staff members undergo rigorous safeguarding training and background checks before employment. Ongoing training ensures they are equipped to identify, prevent, and respond appropriately to any child protection concerns.

Student Voice & Protection

We teach students about personal safety, healthy boundaries, and how to speak up through PSHE (Personal, Social, and Health Education) lessons, workshops, and access to trusted adults on campus.

Reporting Concerns

We have clear internal systems for students, staff, and parents to report concerns. Every case is handled with professionalism, confidentiality, and urgency by our trained Designated Safeguarding Leads (DSLs).
